Monday night the prestigious Lennox Head Business Awards, beef+beach/Seven Mile Weddings had an amazing result with 3 Awards including the top Award – Excellence in Business with 20+ employees. Owner Troy Lister was extremely excited with the result & stated “what a fantastic effort from our management & staff, I couldn’t be prouder & thankful for an amazing year from our team”.

The other awards that were won,
– “Professional Service” which focused on all three sectors in the business – restaurant, functions/events & weddings with criteria including procedures for booking, organizing, promoting & running such events, functions & weddings. The business has invested a lot in the refinement of our professional service over the last few years.
- “Visitor Experience” we love this award as we have won it back in 2016. The culture of the business has a strong emphasis on making sure we deliver an entertaining, fun & delicious dining experience to our customers.
The 3 awards guarantee direct entry into the regional awards held later this year.

New Year Celebrations

NEW YEARS EVE CELEBRATIONS!

At our new recently extended venue 'Seven Mile' this New Years Eve we will be holding ‘Ciroc Sunset Sessions’ with a Ciroc Cocktail list and tapas style menu available.

Live music by Sarah Grant 2:30-5:30pm and  SO-FI 7pm until late. The countdown and fireworks will be on the TV from midnight.

Enjoy this relaxing space with a few nice drinks or cocktails with friends and a stunning view overlooking Seven Mile beach.  

We are also offering ala-carte but this will only be served in the restaurant ONLY and BOOKING IS REQUIRED.

Sunday Sessions!

We are kicking off the first official Sunday Session at our new venue Seven Mile!

Seven Mile opened just a week ago and is the place to be on the balcony, enjoying live music, good food, ocean views and even better company! 

This Sunday from 2:30pm til 5:30pm you can share $15 jugs of Coopers or $20 jugs of Pimms whilst soaking in some live entertainment with Biggy P Music!

We hope to see you all there! Sunday Sessions will be happening every weekend for now until the end of Summer

The New Seven Mile is open

The NEW Seven Mile Venue is open! 

We are the new premier venue nestled near Byron Bay to the north and Yamba to the south. Specialising in beach themed weddings and receptions, we look straight over Seven Mile Beach Lennox Head. The versatility of the venue is shown through the ability to look natural and relaxed or if preferred extremely sophisticated.

Industrial framed solid timber top tables, two feature copper waterfalls, natural timbers, Moroccan patterned tiles, exposed brick, white shiplap panelling and copper pendants gives the feel of an industrial beach setting with a touch of southern Europe thrown in.

Equine & Dine on the Balcony!

Mingle on the balcony, soak up the sunshine and cheer on the race that stops the nation at beef+beach Lennox Head for their 18th Melbourne Cup Annual Charity Luncheon.

Sip on a complimentary glass of champagne or beer on arrival and enjoy a delicious three-course luncheon on the exclusive balcony by the ocean. Chef Lachlan Smith has put together a selection of dishes that will tantalise the tastebuds including dishes from their new menu. With entertainment by Tina Appleby throughout the afternoon.

Highlights on the day include fashion parades by the local La Chelle boutique and, Wallace and Co, and prizes for best dressed judged by Kevin Somers, Charity Sweeps with all proceeds going to the Biala Support Services Inc and people with a disability.

11:30pm Tuesday November 7. Tickets $90 for three course luncheon.

Enjoy our Josper fired grill this Spring

With the weather starting to heat up, so is our Josper fired grill.

Beef+Beach Lennox Head's Executive Chef Lachlan Smith cooks up steak and seafood in our charcoal oven from Spain. The charcoal heats the oven up to 500 degrees and allows all sorts of meats to be cooked very fast for a shorter time. This keeps in all the moisture making the food super juicy, the rendering fats drip onto the charcoal creating delicious smokey flavours that permeate up into the meat.

The flavour is a reminder of years past, you can smell the timber aroma in the food, the meat is meltingly tender and slices like butter. Some of the most well-known chefs that use a Josper are Heston Blumenthal, Gordon Ramsey and Jamie Oliver. There is not many Jospers in Australia one is at Donovans in St Kilda, Melbourne, with only a few in Northern NSW.

Steak, seafood, sunshine and views over 7-mile, beef+beach is the perfect place to dine this Spring with friends and family.
