All of the options in the following packages may be altered or modified to suit your personal taste and desires.
Your venue hire includes many additions listed below but not limited too –
- Initial no obligation meeting on site or phone conversation to discuss your function. This is to make sure we are the correct venue for you, your function is important to us, we must make sure we can surpass all of your expectations, you also get to look at us.
- If required face to face consultation to help plan your event. We will help with timing, layout with floor and table/seating plans, menus, dietary requirements, hire of extras if required and music, all of which is emailed to ensure we have all the details correct and are on the correct path.
- Full set up of furniture as per floor plan decided on by you.
- Ample time on the day of your function to decorate.
- Shut down and clean-up, nothing required to be done by you.
- All furniture - restaurant tables, long banquet tables, bar tables, chairs, lounges etc are available for you use in your set up.
- All cutlery, crockery and glassware.
- Toilets – male, female and disabled.
- All AV – microphone, wireless internet, amplifier for music to connect Ipod to, large TV screen for presentations and lectern.
- Canapé functions linen is included. Sit down will be charge as requested.
- Cake cut and platter on buffet or at table at no charge.
