Yes, you heard right, Beef + Beach Byron Bay is now open in the new Mercato complex Byron Bay!
We are so excited to announce that Beef + Beach Lennox Head has expanded! For the last few years we have been on the hunt for the perfect location to open the doors of a second restaurant.

Mercato Byron Bay is a lifestyle complex unlike any other in the Byron Shire, employing the latest in sustainable design and a sensuous mixture of sunlight, stone and timber. Located on Johnston Street, Mercato of Byron aims to become the first regional shopping complex with a Five Star Design.

The Beef + Beach Byron Bay has a prime location in the new complex, on the corner block looking down toward the beach end of Johnston St. It boasts two beautiful balcony areas as well as indoor dining and a modern-style cocktail bar. Open for Lunch and Dinner 7 days.

Monday night the prestigious Lennox Head Business Awards, beef+beach/Seven Mile Weddings had an amazing result with 3 Awards including the top Award – Excellence in Business with 20+ employees. Owner Troy Lister was extremely excited with the result & stated “what a fantastic effort from our management & staff, I couldn’t be prouder & thankful for an amazing year from our team”.

The other awards that were won,
– “Professional Service” which focused on all three sectors in the business – restaurant, functions/events & weddings with criteria including procedures for booking, organizing, promoting & running such events, functions & weddings. The business has invested a lot in the refinement of our professional service over the last few years.
- “Visitor Experience” we love this award as we have won it back in 2016. The culture of the business has a strong emphasis on making sure we deliver an entertaining, fun & delicious dining experience to our customers.
The 3 awards guarantee direct entry into the regional awards held later this year.

We are kicking off Sunday Sessions this September at our venue Seven Mile!

Seven Mile opened just a week ago and is the place to be on the balcony, enjoying live music, good food, ocean views and even better company! 

Sunday 9th from 3 - 6pm we have live music by Cameron Charles. Share $15 jugs of Coopers and $24 Jugs including Strawberry Mojito & Margarita Jugs.

Food all day, everyone welcome.

Cheering because its Happy Hour!!! With a great selection of cocktail jugs and Coopers beer on tap there's something to please and tempt.

Join us for happy hour from 4-6pm every Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Specials include $24 Strawberry Mojito and Margarita Jugs and $8 Coopers Pints.

Our restaurant is also a great way to relax, unwind, enjoy the view and atmosphere of being right on the beach. We boast the area’s premier uninterrupted breathtaking ocean views from all areas of our restaurant. Specialising in fresh seafood, an array of different meats and premium steaks the menu has something for everyone.

Walks in accepted for Happy Hour but reservations for dinner are recommended.

The New Seven Mile is open

The NEW Seven Mile Venue is open! 

We are the new premier venue nestled near Byron Bay to the north and Yamba to the south. Specialising in beach themed weddings and receptions, we look straight over Seven Mile Beach Lennox Head. The versatility of the venue is shown through the ability to look natural and relaxed or if preferred extremely sophisticated.

Industrial framed solid timber top tables, two feature copper waterfalls, natural timbers, Moroccan patterned tiles, exposed brick, white shiplap panelling and copper pendants gives the feel of an industrial beach setting with a touch of southern Europe thrown in.
