Come join us at Seven Mile for our first ever Wagyu Steak Out... And we are going premium! All meat is 9+ export quality Australian Black Wagyu Oyster Blade!
Enjoy a long Friday lunch from 11am on August 3. The menu consists of stand up canapés, followed by a banquet style main of everything wagyu and will be accompanied by 6 beers from the Asahi & Peroni range. Tickets can be purchased - here.

Platter Starters include: wagyu Carpaccio roll with fresh horseradish, capers, olive oil, lemon juice, salt & cracked pepper, or miso steak tartare on sesame wafer or wagyu flank steak sticks w rich port glaze.
Mains include: Australian Black Wagyu OR Ribs cooked medium rare with your choice of: sous vide & josper seared, creamy potato & manchego cheese croquettes, portobello & wild mushroom gratin, nuttered garden beans, pureed minted peas, shiraz & peppercorn jus.
