Our Restaurant

A great way to relax, unwind, enjoy the view and atmosphere of being right on the beach. The beef+beach restaurant boasts the area’s premier uninterrupted breathtaking ocean views from all areas of our restaurant. Specialising in fresh seafood, an array of different meats and premium steaks the menu has something for everyone.

We have balcony restaurant tables and the area to accommodate large tables of 10 to 20+ and bookings of up to 120 people. Located in Lennox Head on the NSW North Coast and just 15 minutes from Byron Bay, the beef+beach Lennox Head is your perfect venue for a delicious lunch, afternoon graze, evening dinner or even just a refreshing drink on the balcony.


Restaurant Menus

Our concept is to buy the freshest best quality available, handle it simply and well, cook it as it should be cooked then serve it to you at the highest standard. At beef+beach you can indulge in a variety of seafood and meats. We offer a large menu with lots of choices, sharing is high on the agenda but not a must. Starters and Entrées are individual or share, great to begin your dining experience, mains that can be altered with a different garnish each time or the meats selected and served as share boards with each person choosing their own garnish which comes out plated. We grill most seafood, meats and steaks in our Josper which is a charcoal grill (check the Josper out below) enjoy the taste difference.

Josper Char Grill

Originating from Spain, Josper has been around for 80 years producing high quality charcoal fired char grill ovens. Using no electricity or gas, the charcoal heats the heavy steel oven up to 500 degrees celsius. This allows all sorts of meats to be cooked very fast for a shorter time keeping in all the moisture making the food super juicy, the rendering fats drip onto the charcoal creating delicious smoky flavours that permeate up into the meat.

The flavour is a reminder of years past you can smell the timber aroma in the food. Some of the most well-known chefs that use a Josper are Heston Blumenthal, Gordon Ramsey and Jamie Oliver. There is not many Jospers in Australia one is at Donovans in St Kilda, Melbourne. Northern NSW has only 1 to date & that is here at the beef+beach, we love to keep improving what we do. As you can see we are in good company may you enjoy the difference of our food cooked in the Josper. Be sure to tell all of your friends about it!
